Counting & Monitoring Inventory Items
The type and number of Inventory Items can be viewed easily. A user is able to know the types of inventory items are available in a warehouse or a company and the quantity. Through this, the items level can be monitored on whether there is any items need to be purchased or needs to be sent so that there are always items for back-up available and doesn’t go out of stock.

Purchasing Items
This process comes when the items or stock level is low or a specific item needed. The items being purchased can be stored in the system with the supplier or vendor details as well. It is to ensure that the person in charge of the inventory can keep track of the items being purchased and the data.

Shipping / Orders Processing
An order is placed on what items, quantity the destination and type of transportation needed to send the items. Therefore, the person under inventory will process the orders and prepares the items need to be sent. This is to ensure that we are able to keep track of the orders by the status of the orders whether it is completed, pending or cancelled.
Issue Inventory Items & Invoice
This feature is to monitor the destination of the items being issued with the item details. The invoice is also issued to the customer. The invoice details or report is stored in the system and it could be retrieved whenever required.

Inventory Item Adjustments
This is where the inventory item adjustments are made based on the items in or out. Therefore, the item counts can be maintained easily and reduce human error.
Reports
The user is able to retrieve reports on the inventory items whenever needed such as monthly summary report, purchase reports, items returned report and stock transaction report.
Interface
The interface is user-friendly and requires minimum training
Security
The information in the system can be limited by having username and password.
The user level can be set up where the information can be accessed or viewed according to the user level.
Accessibility
The user able to access easily to the system as long as there is internet connection and doesn’t need to be physically available at the inventory to monitor.
